We had such a great stay! The complimentary wine and cheese evenings were a delight, and the quirky glass shower room added a fun twist to our stay. I would definitely return!

The location is unbeatable, with access to the city's attractions. The staff stood out with their friendly service. Although the room was small, it was clean and ideal for a brief getaway. Fresh-baked scones added a good touch to our mornings.

Clean and lavish place with exceptionally friendly staff from reception to management. Great and impeccable location to the central part of town, short walk to the train station, shops, an array of restaurants and the hop on hop off bus tour stops, restaurants and cafes and the Royal theatre. Again, 15 minutes walk from a semicircular terrace.

The rooms were fashionable and had feather pillows. The location was great and stunning, near nice restaurants and train/coach stations and easily accessible.
Well, the area was really busy overall.

The location was perfect for exploring the Theatre Royal and Club Origami. The staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed nice breakfasts. It was easy to grab lunch and drinks nearby.
Unfortunately, parking was a hassle even though there's a nearby car park. But it wasn't a dealbreaker.

My wife says that a larger family room would have been great for our crew. A bit more space would make it easier for us to move around without bumping into each other.

Great location but lacking comforts
The spot is super central, made getting around easy. The reception crew was really nice and even surprised us with wine & cheese. But the room was pretty cramped with no window, and those beds were hard as a rock! Definitely not the coziest spot to crash after a long day.
